Kids ages 5 through 12 (and younger, and older!) can follow along with Andrea from KinderArt and The KinderArt Club as she shares how to draw frost covered conifer branches using simple art materials. All you need is black paper, oil pastels (or crayons), white chalk or white chalk pastels and cotton swabs (optional). Have fun! Conifers are trees and shrubs that produce cones. Most (but not all) conifers are evergreens, meaning they are trees that keep their leaves (or in this case, needles) all year round. Conifers tend to grown in cooler regions such as Northern Europe, Northern Asia, and North America.
