Spicy & Buttery Pav Bhaji at Home || घर पर बनी तीखी और मक्खन वाली पाव भाजी || Ingredients list Potatoes - 2 Cauliflower - 1 cup Peas - 1 cup Carrots - 1 small ( optional ) Spices & Other Ingredients: Onions – 2 finely chopped Tomatoes – 3 (pureed) Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon Pav Bhaji masala – 2 tablespoons Red chilli powder – to taste Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon Salt – to taste Butter – 2–3 tablespoons Oil – 1 tablespoon For Garnishing & Serving: Fresh coriander leaves – finely chopped Lemon – 1 Onion – finely chopped Butter – for topping Pav – 8 (toasted with butter) How to Make Pav Bhaji – Step by Step 🍲🧡 Cook the vegetables Pressure cook potatoes, cauliflower, green peas, and carrot with water and a little salt till soft. Mash them well and keep aside. 2. Prepare the bhaji Heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato purée and cook till oil/butter separates. 3. Add spices Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, and Pav Bhaji masala. Mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes. 4. Add vegetables Add the mashed vegetables and chopped capsicum. Mix everything well and mash using a masher. Add a little water if needed and cook for 8–10 minutes on low flame. 5. Finish the bhaji Add remaining butter and chopped coriander leaves. Squeeze lemon juice and mix well. 6. Toast the pav Slit pav buns and toast them on a tawa with butter till crispy. 7.
