A quick art journal page using a cool technique where you start with a random (dry) background page and cover it with a reasonably thick layer of gesso, then carve into the wet gesso to reveal the colors beneath. You can do this with white or black gesso. It so reminds me of scratch paper my kids use, but if you mess up here you just brush through the gesso and start over. Hope you like it!
