Welcome to the Gremlin. A 3d printed airplane designed by JwmFlying14 (Justin). Designed to help fill the void left by the Nano Goblin being unavailable for order. This is a fantastic design and really captures the spirit of the Nano Goblin. ------------------------------------------ Don't have time to watch an hour and 20 minute video? Don't worry, I've got you covered. Here is the cliff notes version of the build which is now based on the release files: • The Gremlin - Building a 3d Printed Nano G... And the plane in action: • The Gremlin - Flying a 3d printed Nano Goblin ------------------------------------------ For a 3d printed plane it is durable (which is to say that it will survive normal landings and activity without issue). It is also quick and simple to print. Assembly is also very fast as there isn't that many printed parts and the design lets you assemble essentially all electronics into the main body before attaching the rest. Note: The build portion here was done with the pre-release files, and doesn't perfectly match the release version. However it is fairly close, mostly just the helper tabs are missing, as well Justin hadn't made a Vista/camera mount yet so I was using my own custom design. I occasionally misspeak Goblin instead of Gremlin, but hopefully you can put together the context and understand what I was saying. This is a long video and I tend to ramble, so you can make use of Youtube's playback speed setting if you are looking to go through it faster. Playing it at 1.5x speed actually was pretty reasonable when I was reviewing it.
