The walk starts here at the Asahikawa government office complex, proceed along 1 Jodori for a while, then continue along 4th Avenue to complete a loop. Both streets are busy areas with heavy traffic, and from the city center to this area, there are quite a few shops and restaurants lined up. Especially for ramen shops, I've introduced several recommended places, including the famous, long-established 'Yoshino' main shop in Asahikawa. Additionally, there are specialty shops for pork bowls and traditional Japanese tea houses. Although it's just alittle far from the station, this area is home to popular local spots.
