SCOTT EATS vs Cafeteria La Veracruzana's "MASSIVE" burrito challenge. I have 30 short minutes to complete it and if I do I will get the meal for free and be the very first person to beat the challenge. However, if I do not complete the meal within the time limit, I will have to pay the $60 price tag. As there is no record for this challenge, if I defeat it, that will be the official new mark to beat. Can I devour this Mexican meal or will the burrito get the best of me. Let's find out... This Burrito consists of 4 large tortillas filled with your choice of meat (I went for the Carne Asada), refried beans, rice, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream.
