The missing shines are the ones from Corona Mountain Delfino Airstrip The missing blue coin in Delfino Airstrip Corona Mountain is only accessible after defeating the Shadow Mario in the new areas of the game. Delfino Airstrip, which has one shine and one blue coin, is only accessible after beating the final boss, preventing me from getting those 3 shines without completing a large portion of the new content.
