Mr. Ross believes that education should spark curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and instill a lifelong love for learning while preparing students to thrive in an increasingly complex and interconnected world. Mr Ross is also experienced in school evaluation and accreditation processes. He has served as a visiting team member for the International Baccalaureate (IB), the Council of International Schools (CIS), and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC)—bringing a valuable global perspective to school development and quality assurance.
