Tight Frenulum or tear of frenulum called frenular breve is a common condition of the band that connects the glans to the foreskin. Many times the tight frenulum makes intimacy painful and patient either develop aversion or erectile dysfunction. Frenuloplasty is a 2 minutes procedure that is completely painless and does not need any hospital stay or bed rest after surgery. There is no needle involved and it can be a big relief in patients with mild phimosis where frenulum is holding the skin to tight or in patients with short or painful frenulum. In this video we take the feedback from a patient with tight frenulum and also educate the audience on when tight frenulum surgery is needed.
