Cuba Travel Day 8 - Drunk in the Hemmingway Bars of Old Havana Cuba

Mr Ernest Hemmingway! The guy that made Cuba famous! We hit up a few of his local watering holes, La Floridita & our favourite La Bodeguita del Medio for a couple of mojitos and beers, we throw in our local favourite as well! We didnt have daiquiris at La Floridita - we are not fans of a production line and the price was waaaaaaay more than we expected, call us crazy but we are Two Beers Please so we headed over to Wandas, a fav of ours for cheap beers and the best view of the Pink Building and people watching - but we had a fabulous time with the mojitos for the rest of the night, especially at Bodeguita del Medio, the music in this one is our favourite! Excuse the drunken dribble at the end - but what we are saying is right! After leaving for a few days, coming back has made us appreciate so much more what Havana and Cuba is about, we were getting a little frustrated with the challenges, the constant lines and the so-so food but coming back in we tried a little harder, looked a little more and found some amazing little gems that by the end had us 100% in love with everything about the city!
