Feeding system for so-called "one-way degassing valves", to be used for coffee capsules. Main characteristics of the Valve system: Hopper volume: 250 liters. Rotating centrifugal orientator with crystal disc for primary orientation (larger Ø at the bottom). Valve separation device to create space between the pieces in order to obtain a free 360° image capture. Locking the position of the part on the vacuum belt. First superior check (presence of paper filter and regularity of welding) and dedicated reject station. Passage to second vacuum belt from above (suspended part). Second check of the external shape of the part and presence of the internal membrane. Third station with 4 side cameras to check correct assembly of parts. Reject station dedicated to control phases 2 and 3. Counting of outgoing pieces. Rotating table buffering system and dosing in customer bags (bag change on the fly). Key parameters: Output speed: 1.500 pcs/min. = 90.000 pcs/hr. Accurate inspection using 6 cameras. Simple and intuitive operator interface.
