With its elegant biplane design and radial engine, the UPF-7 represents the golden age of military pilot training. North American T-28 Trojan This powerful radial-engine trainer prepared thousands of pilots for jet aircraft. Its distinctive sound and strong performance make it a favorite among RC warbird enthusiasts. Lavochkin La-5 A formidable Soviet fighter powered by a large radial engine. The La-5 was known for its speed and low-altitude performance and played a key role on the Eastern Front during WWII. FFA C-3605 A unique Swiss military aircraft developed from the earlier C-3603. With its turboprop engine and distinctive design, it represents an important piece of Swiss aviation history. 🛩️ Giant Turbine Jets Two massive scale jets also take to the sky: Aero L-39 Albatros These giant turbine-powered models replicate one of the most widely used jet trainers in the world. Known for its sleek design and smooth flying characteristics, the L-39 is a star at RC jet events. ✈️ Classic Transport Junkers Ju 52 The legendary corrugated-metal trimotor transport aircraft, famous for its reliability and distinctive three-engine configuration. 🚀 Modern Military Jets Modern combat aircraft also appear in stunning RC scale form: Chengdu J-10 A highly maneuverable modern fighter with a delta wing and canard configuration.
