My old Kokotat drysuit wasn't so dry anymore. It was a glorified wetsuit. So I set about to repair it. I first filled it with compressed air to locate the leaks. It seems like most of the leaks came from failing seam tape. I found that this "Gear Aid Tenacious Tape" worked the best. (https://amzn.to/2YGplSx) . It is thinner than gortex patches so it molds better to the irregularities around the seams. I found that a bead of aquaseal around the edges made it stay put. Without it, in areas that flexed, the tape would pull up. With the aquaseal, however, it has stayed in place. (https://amzn.to/2EbUyFh) I also found that inflating one quadrant at a time with a blower was much easier to manage. Plus, since I could keep the blower on, I had a steady stream of air pressure to look for leaks. I much prefer this Neverwet to the 2 step system. (https://amzn.to/2LT0qtr) Although I will say, if you don't mind the sandpaper texture, this stuff is a pretty incredible waterproofer. (https://amzn.to/2Q7hxG6) Best of luck!
