The black paint I used was from the dollar store. I wouldn't use that paint. I would use your favorite spray paint or any black acrylic paint you have that you like the best. If you don't have a favorite black paint, I would recommend Crafter's Collection acrylic paint or Rust-Oleum black spray paint. Decals: I went into Cricut Design Space and use the shapes feature to create a heart. I sized it to how big I wanted it and then made an off set for it. I then duplicated it as many times until I had enough to cover the entire tumbler. Glitter Vacuum: I got my glitter vacuum from Hobby Lobby.
