For today's unboxing review we bring you the 2017 GMC Acadia Denali. What's Denali? It's GMC's luxury trim, which literally brings the Acadia into Cadillac XT5 territory. But hang on a sec...aren't both GMC and Cadillac a part of GM? Yep. Could this be some internal competition? Perhaps, yes. Our tester Acadia came powered by a 3.6-liter V6 with 310 hp and 271 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels via a six-speed automatic. Front-wheel-drive is standard and AWD is a $2,000 option. Our Acadia Denali was, obviously, fully equipped, with nice features like real wood trim, an 8-inch color touchscreen with Navigation, a Bose Premium 8-speaker audio system, tri-zone automatic climate control, and heated front and rear seats. What's more, the Acadia Denali also has a towing capacity of up to 4,000 pounds. As far as pricing goes, a base Acadia starts at $29,995 but our Denali model had a grand total of $52,785. A comparatively equipped Cadillac XT5? $63,845. How much is that Cadillac badge worth to you? Enjoy the review!
