Hi Beautiful Creatives! In this weeks video I share a mini art haul and playfully explore my new art supplies, the MeiLiang watercolor set and a box of goodies from the folks at Art Snacks. Instead of doing the traditional, and sometimes boring, swatching I decided to do a huge two page spread in my largest Moleskine art journal. I really let the watercolors spread out and blend together and I love how it came out. I also combined the watercolors with the items in the Art snacks box to create an intuitive, expressive mixed media painting. This looser more expressive way of swatching was really fun!
