PCNL with Retro Perc, Clear Petra, 7F Micro Nephroscope

A new percutaneous nephrolithotomy technique employing retro perc retrograde renal access, retrograde URS assist with supplemental irrigation, clear petra sheath, and a very small 7F Storz nephroscope. This combination of new tools in our experience allows for a super-precise renal puncture, a clearer operative field (due to less bleeding, constant low level suction, and supplemental irrigation from below), less post operative pain leading to less narcotic use, less ventilatory stress on patient due to supine positioning, higher tubeless rate, and stone free rates comparable to standard / "old school" approaches.
