So many people tell us here at the clinic that they are "stealth." What this generally means is that they are not out about their transition status, whether completely or partially. Because of this, they want certain aspects about their transition to remain secret. However, there are a number of mistakes that we commonly see patients do that I am going to discuss in this video and how to avoid them. I am mainly covering mistakes that have to do with the medical care one is receiving rather than how to remain stealth in general at home and in society. Plenty enough other folks have done general stealth videos, but I haven't seen one done yet by a healthcare provider from the viewing lens of the medical field. Also, within the first 15 seconds of the video, I have listed two time-stamp sections in the video that could be very handy for people. Basically, I detail a medical diagnosis that can be used for people who are transitioning feminine and a medical diagnosis that can be used by people transitioning masculine if they ever needed an excuse to tell someone as to why they are taking hormone medications. P.S. Apologies to any intersex folks for my blundersome language at one point. I know that my definition and terminology used to discuss AIS is not exactly the most culturally sensitive sounding.
