X8 Demake "Touch Mod" v1.2.2 100% Speedrun (

Hey all! This run is for the 1.2.2 version of the Touch Mod. The mod maker has supposedly said they're not sure what else to add, so this may or may not be the final Touch Mod update depending on potential bug fixes. The new route is a lot of fun. Instead of getting White Axl early, this route leaves him for the end of the 8 bosses and prioritizes Zero. Doing Yeti first is somewhat promising, as the Z Buster with Yeti's weapon is surprisingly potent, but also because of early heart and sub tank + the means of getting V Hangar in Panda's stage without much issue, as you'd normally have to do some convoluted ride armor juggling with no weapons. Genmu Zero was apparently nerfed in this update, but it seems like you can get the original damage in some situations, which makes DM skips on bosses trickier than before, but still doable with the combination of Genmu and Axl giga crush (kinda like doing the tag team attack from OG X8 lol). New heart location on the Elevator stage makes it kinda tricky to route as it's now at the end of the stage but Axl is still required, but Zero/X makes Vile so much faster to fight that I might actually consider using the "shortcut" after beating Vile just to get the heart with Axl and leave. All in all, a very fun run to do. Definitely could be sub-40 with fewer spaghetti deaths and some boss luck. Hope you all enjoy, and I'll see you again soon!
