"As the Pokémon League Champion, I accept your challenge!" Here is my take on subbing the (probably for real) final song of Project Voltage, "Champion" by Kanaria! I freaked out when this came out and especially realized this was about battling Cynthia's Platinum team in particular... ....And while I was a bit disappointed it cuts a bit too short, after seeing the actual context of the song with the translation, I found it so interesting it's actually from the POV of someone losing to her.... like many of us as noobs LOL Thank you again to ‪@cottoncandyFRIZZ‬ for some help confirming the dialog used in the intro and outro are taken from the original JP dialog! I went ahead and used the official EN translations in their place to make it familiar to those who are similarly scarred by Cynthia growing up. Also, yes, it really is "AAAA" as the player name---I can confirm with the few hiragana I can read 🤣 --- P.S.
