Nerja is a small fishing and agricultural village in Málaga. It is the last town East of Málaga, bordering with Granada and its subtropical climate translates to 320 days of sun, making Nerja an ideal tourist resort spot, for relaxation, leisure, or business. In the center of the town, there you can find one of the most iconic structures in Nerja, the Balcón de Europa. It is a balcony above a cliff that looks over the sea where the beaches and cliffs surrounding the area can be seen. The old town is a typical Andalucian town filled with white-washed houses and pebbled streets. These streets are filled with shops and specialty stores where you can find sweet wines, sugar cane honey and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. A place full of history and wonderful places for everyone, Nerja surely is a must-visit when you come to Málaga.
