Our week in Davao City, Philippines was nothing like what we expected! From making chocolate & exploring hidden resorts to encountering unexpected wildlife & navigating chaotic traffic—this city had a bit of everything! But was a full week here too long? 🤔 In today’s vlog: 🍫 Making our own chocolate at the Malagos Chocolate Museum (the smell alone was incredible!) 🦅 Visiting the Philippine Eagle Center & seeing some HUGE birds up close 🎯 Archery fails & wild moments at a hidden Bamboo Resort 🐊 A questionable zoo experience – should we have skipped it? 🚦 Davao’s chaotic traffic – we could NEVER drive here! 🍕 Tasting crazy cheap food (whole pizzas & endless rice for £31?!) 🍚 Discovering Jollibee & Shakey’s Pizza – unlimited rice is a thing!? Davao is very different from Singapore & definitely took some adjusting, but was it worth visiting? Watch to the end to find out our final thoughts & if we’d come back!
