I don't understand why the first customer complained about the Mercurian burger (06:23), because I'm sure I had assembled it correctly. Perhaps it was the bun that was not toasted, especially the top bun, which was harder to discern. Later on, I almost made a mistake by putting raw cheese on the Mercurian burger order (09:14). The small griller prevented me from cooking many ingredients at once. There is always a chance that one or two items won't get enough heat, like the cheese in this case, due to accidentally stacking them. The ketchup on the burger at 12:57 was quite messy. I decided to just give it to the customer, and it seemed fine (13:08).
