Available in Australia: https://bit.ly/2GzqCpg A brake bleed is often necessary after replacing brake pads or discs, or just as part of a brake fluid change. This job just got a whole lot easier with the ToolPRO Vacuum Pump Brake Bleeder Kit. To assemble the unit for brake bleeding, attach the short hose to the bottom of the suction lid. Connect a long hose to the other side of this fitting, outside the lid. This hose will attach to the brake bleeding screw on your caliper, so fit a suitable bleed screw adaptor to the other end. Now, connect another long hose between the suction lid and the vacuum pump – and attach a reservoir jar to the lid. Ensure that lid makes a good seal with the jar. Top up the brake fluid reservoir if necessary, and attach the bleed screw adaptor to the caliper. Before releasing the bleed screw; work the vacuum pump 15 to 20 times – with the mode selector set to IN. Once you have built up vacuum, open the vehicles bleed screw – and re tighten when the brake fluid flows clear and free of bubbles. Release excess vacuum from the pump by turning the mode selector to OUT, and then remove the bleed screw adaptor. Repeat this process for each corner of the braking system, following the correct sequence as laid out in a workshop manual. And keep checking and topping up the brake reservoir as you go. When each corner is complete, just fill the brake fluid reservoir to normal capacity, and the job is done. Easy as that. --------- Supercheap Auto Website: http://bit.ly/1FpfKkw NZ: http://bit.ly/2rK6Lg5 YouTube Channel: http://bit.ly/2sjZ92q Like us on Facebook: http://bit.ly/1Ry7HuN Supercheap Auto Blog: http://bit.ly/2skbVOE --------- Watch our latest and greatest television ads, Check out our how to videos, product videos or learn how to check it!
