The baker releases a limited batch of fresh bagels at a specific time and once they are gone, they are gone. It feels a little like a community ritual and honestly the bagels are worth it. Warm, chewy, perfectly baked and so good. After the bagel run we slow things down at home and wrap a gift for my niece that I am mailing out.
