Links to full videos below! So there are plenty of compilations out there of Daron acting funny and/or crazy. Since I love this guy as an artist (and I had to distract myself from studying), I decided to make this video of a few of my favourite Daron-moments. I tried to focus on moments that show his skills as a musician - naturally I ended up using mostly guitar-solos, because they're the most interesting to watch. But of course there's plenty of fun stuff in there too! The order of the songs follows the time of their release - obviously not the years of the live-performances shown here. For me it was interesting to see changes in his style. At the end I put two charts that I made. They show how he much was involved in the writing of the music and lyrics of SOAD songs. "mixed" means that multiple band members were credited, including Daron. I focused on SOAD simply because that's were you find the most good live material. I also love Scars On Broadway, though the songs are definitely a lot simpler than SOAD-stuff. All video material came from YouTube (see below).
