How To Cut & Join O-Rings - DIY
You can buy some cord and make your own o-rings with these 2 simple tools i present you in this video. The most important is that you need a clean cut of the cord and very straight (90 degrees). The holes of the "cutting" tool must be precise and 90 degrees also. The holes have a firm fit so i use some oil to get the o-ring cord through. (firm fit causes a very good cut). Then put a very small amount of glue in the center of the cord or else the glue will overflow and the cord will be stuck inside the "joining" tool. Use a needle or an iron nail to put the glue, never use the bottle. Adjust the screw of the "joining" tool so, that the cord moves freely but not very roomy! Secure the tools in a vice when using them for better stability.
