Looking back, it’s clear that my intuition guided me to a retreat I never would have considered before. I had never participated in such events, but something inside me told me to take the leap. That decision changed a lot. At the retreat, I was able to release the negative energy I had unknowingly stored in my body. Uria, a pure and light soul, created a safe space for me and others to be fully ourselves—vulnerable, honest, and free. In our conversation during the episode, we explored so many profound topics. Uria shared his wisdom on processing and releasing pain, a journey I know so many of us can relate to. He explained how he personally deals with negative emotions and judgment, offering insights that felt deeply practical yet profoundly spiritual. One of the biggest themes we delved into was trust—trusting life and trusting people. For those of us who have experienced betrayal, abuse, or trauma, feeling safe in the world can seem impossible.
