This project is inspired by several designs and ideas already existing here in YouTube by the professional welding guys like homesteadonomics, Made in Poland, Making Stuff and Jimbo's Garage. I was in a great need of a welding cart to move around my super heavy Powerhouse MIGWELD-200 MINI flux core welding machine and since it only has a couple of meters of welding cable. So the only solution is to build an awesome welding trolley, so let's do it baby! All steel stocks are scrap metal bought per kilo by the cheap. Primary material is a 1"x1" steel angle bar 2.5mm thick. Purchased a pair of shopping cart and small casters wheels. Some scrap 1/2" plywood used as platform. Painted the whole thing with some red-oxide metal primer then a super gloss black enamel as top coat. Then painted the solid steel handles yellow. By the way, if you need the link to the 3D schematics, then there you go https://www.tinkercad.com/things/knYJ... You need to create an account and login to TinkerCad so you can start using it and seeing the dimensions. Use laptop or computer web browser to open TinkerCad. I'm so happy how this small welding project turned out and I'm excited to for the next welding project. This trolley will be carrying my main welding machine which is the gasless MIG, and the compact stick welding machine. Also will be carrying all the angle grinders, steel brush, chipping hammer, and the top shelf will be for my welding helmet. I'll be pushing and dragging this welding cart along and around the house for any welding projects soon, big or small. Thank you for watching and I hope to see you soon in the next video upload. Cheers from the Philippines!
