In this Full body HIRT (High intensity Resistance Training) we combine strength work with Dumbbells and cardio interval and with warm up and stretch included. 2 Blocks with 5 exercises in each block and we are doing the same exercise 2x in a row and the 1 time for the 3. and final round. Work frame is 45 sec work and 15 sec rest - 3 rounds in all.
