The 18/7/2025 would see a focus on the Southern Highlands between Goulburn and Picton. with a focus on PN run Boral stone trains before the contract take over by SSR. Starting the day at Goulburn an Aurizon PS service rolls through the station as it heads on the last leg of the run to Glenlee with a pair of ACDs. next up is QUBE's empty 1311 service to Bowman with QBX002 leading a 14 class and another QBX. Then onto Talong with 8161 and 8166 roll through with a empty stone train to Pepper tree quarry. then a PN intermodal blasts past as it heads towards it's destination of Sydney with a trio of NRs on the point. Next is then QUBE grain with CF4412 (Black Caviar) leading another class mate and a QL speed by with a empty grain train to southern NSW. This is then followed by the Canberra explorer and Melbourne bound XPT. then just down the line captures 8236 and 8169 power up as they pass by with a loaded grain bound for Inner Harbor in Wollongong, this train is then also seen at Penrose and Werai curves. then to Exeter where TT104 and TT109 top and tail a empty Holcim aggregates train from Rooty hill to Lynwood Quarry just out of Marulan. After a short wait 1846 and 8145 slowly roll by with a loaded aggregate train bound for Boral Maldon just north of Picton this train is also captured at Bargo and arriving into Boral Maldon. then up to Picton a BM4 services with NR 64 on point powers it's way as the train heads south. it's then back to Exeter where 8213 leading 8139 on a empty grain train bound for southern NSW. it's then back to Talong where the Holcim aggregate train powers past, next up is a QUBE empty grain with CF4421 leading a QBX and class mate on a southbound grain. this train would also go to Goulburn to shunt and shuffle various wagons that need work before continuing south. then to Wingello where QUBE's 1312 loaded service from Bowman is seen powering up the crest of the grade with QBX003 leading 1103 and another QBX. After the sun had see and darkness had settled in the Sydney bound XPT breaks the silence as it speeds by nearing the end of it's run to Sydney. To finish off the day, SSR104 and SSR103 perform a crew change at the station before continuing on to Inner Harbor.
