Thought buying in an in-store recommended pool robot was better than buying a cheap Chinese robot off Amazon. This BWT pool robot has hard arm bumpers which absolutely destroyed my vinyl pool. 3 months later and the pool was eventually repaired by BWT. They gave me a BWT Echo model to replace this model when it was all up and running and that lasted 2 months before it no longer ran and became landfill. BWT just rebrands cheap Chinese models and sells them in Australia. Even if you don't have a vinyl pool I would not expect these devices to last long. This BWT robot has cost me thousands in repairs. All they eventually did was replace my vinyl poorly. The vinyl had just been installed 1 month prior so was new.
