This project makes excellent gifts as well. You can crochet it in any colors of your choice. The abbreviations for the patterns are ch - chain st - stitch sc - single crochet sc2tg - single crochet 2 together/ single crochet decrease sl st - slip stitch hdc - half double crochet BLO - Back Loops Only ** - Patterns to be repeated FO - Fasten off ( ) - Total number of stitches R - round / row Finished Size My finished size using worsted weight yarn and 4.5 mm crochet hook was 7 inches long and 3.5 inches tall. Materials Yarn: Worsted Weight yarn. I used Red Heart Super Saver yarn in Gray, Orange, Black and White. You can substitute any yarn for this pattern and go down 1- 2 hook sizes from yarn recommendation.
