How to change the fork seals on a Suzuki VS1400 Intruder - Part 1 of 2. Learn the process of disassembling, inspecting and rebuilding the front forks on your Suzuki VS1400 Intruder. Using simple tools, we can tear down the forks, but there is one tool that I would highly recommend that you purchase, and that is a seal driver. A fork seal driver is designed to make installing new fork seals a simple and easy process. Fork seals on any motorcycle need to be seated correctly otherwise you will end up with leaking front forks on your intruder shortly after you re-install them.
