DIY Anti-Acne Face Mask Recipe for those with PCOS, Endometriosis & Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome [CC]

Presenting my DIY homemade anti-acne face pack that helped fight acne cause by my PCOS, endometriosis and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. I call this new section of weekly videos, 'Student of the Land', with the tagline, 'apothecary for the chronically strong'. It's called 'Student of the Land' because all the ingredients mum has taught me to use are things which come from nature, earth, our land and because we're not medical professionals, we've always considered ourselves to be students who are willing to explore and learn and help ourselves. As for the tagline, 'apothecary for the chronically strong'. Mum and I both have various chronic conditions. And we understand how tough various medical conditions and reactions of medications can be on the hair and skin, but we also know how strong people with chronic conditions are so these recipes that I'm going to share have always kept people like us in mind, which is why, the tagline, 'apothecary for the chronically strong'. So DIY skincare is a big thing but it's what I grew up on and I am so glad my mum taught me the basics of using things found in the kitchen and then we both read up and explored together as I grew older. The biggest benefit I got from this is that I am able to take care of my extremely sensitive skin because of my Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, PCOS, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and trigeminal neuralgia and that too, on a budget!  Disclaimer: please remember that I am not a certified dermatologist or a medical professional in any capacity.
