Upon seeing that CN 8952 - the Grand Trunk Western Heritage Unit - was going to be ripped from stupid B661 (should've led B619 via Birmingham but that's another story) and be put on M584, we decided to head out to Chattanooga to see it. We hoped to get it on the Chattanooga Subdivision, but plans changed quickly to getting it in Georgia when it got held up out of Atlanta. We saw 8952 and much more.
