It covers basic mobility exercises for the 3 most injury prone parts of the body - Shoulders, Spine, and Hips. Joint mobility is often overlooked in fitness as it does not provide instant gratification. However, having healthy and mobile joints will tremendously improve your quality of life in the long run. As we get older the joints tend to lose mobility, and they become brittle from lack of use and blood flow. In order to keep the joints healthy it is important to keep them moving.
