As part of our exhibition, You Say You Want A Revolution? we invited newsPeeks, an online youth media organisation, to explore the concept of social change. Whether it's 1966 or 2016, one thing that hasn't changed much is how people organise and campaign for social and political advancement. Amidst rising political and social division, newsPeeks spoke with Noam Chomsky, Kathleen Cleaver, Devon Thomas, Angela Phillips, Erin Pizzey, Peter Tatchell, Sylvia Boyes, Peter Kennard, and Red Saunders to understand how we got to where we are today, and what can be done about it. newsPeeks is a non-for-profit media organisation set up to challenge, inform and inspire a new generation of critical thinkers. We ask probing questions of how the world operates and provide a platform for those whose voices are under-represented. We produce video analysis, articles, short documentaries and investigations that uncover important aspects of current affairs and politics.
