This toner is so exciting to try because it is cream based, and the fact that we are using 10 developer. I have been such a big fan of Wella colorcharm toners  for countless years because it delivers the best results and leaving your hair amazing.  One of my favourite toners to use by Wella that is liquid is their newest collection that was released in the summertime in the shade Wella t05 pale rose blonde. It’s the perfect pink blonde that I have ever tried on my hair.  I love using as well wella t15 for more of a warm look or even mixing wella toners together I really hope that Wella colorcharm comes out with more cream, toners like this one. It is truly a game changer.
