On the 15 February 2024 almost 1000 HR Professionals gathered at The Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa to celebrate their 2024 Top Employer Certification. We celebrated ‘The Art of Being A Top Employer’. All organisations in attendance were certified for their outstanding HR Policies and people practices and celebrated the pinnacle of HR success! All of our 2024 Top Employers energy, insights, and dedication to creating exceptional workplace HR Best Practices truly made the evening shine. From the inspiring conversations to the joyous celebrations, every moment was a testament to the incredible HR community we have built together. We celebrated their commitment to fostering top-tier HR policies and extend our deepest gratitude to every one of you for joining us in recognising the achievements of HR excellence Our night was filled with an amazing Live Wall Art dance illustration, then a warm welcome by our Executive Board Member Adrian Seligman , which led to a networking session. We then opened the gala dinner with our stunning MC Bunny Majaja. Monica van der Meeren and Nathier Jappie congratulated our top 3 Top Employers for Africa and South Africa, with Vodacom taking the No# 1 spot for Africa and South Africa. We were honoured and privileged to have Doctor Imtiyaz Sooliman deliver a heartfelt keynote. Mark Stoop did the honours of a lucky prize draw, and Mercedes-Benz South Africa was the lucky winner, of the beautiful art piece painted by Greatjoy Ndlovu. The night closed off with an amazing live band, Cappuccino.
