Spaghetti first came to Japan from Italy, but now it’s a really popular Japanese food. Japanese people are good at adapting recipes to their own taste. Today’s nanohana spaghetti is seasoned with Japanese flavors. 0:34 start cooking 5:13 tasting ~Ingredients for 1 serving ~ 60g of canola flower 50g of bacon 1/2 clove of garlic 1/4 piece of red pepper 80g of spaghetti salt 1 tsp of sesame oil 1 tsp of sake 2 tsps of shiro-dashi 1 tsp of soy sauce ~Directions~ 1. Cut nanohana or canola flower into 3cm long. Peel and slice garlic. Slice and cut bacon into rectangles. Slice red pepper. 2. Boil water in a pot, and add salt in it. Then boil spaghetti for 4 minutes. 3.When 3 min has passed, add nanohana in the boiling water and boil them with spaghetti another 1 minute. 4. Turn off the heat and drain the hot water. 5. Heat a pan on medium heat and place sesame oil. 6. Add garlic and red pepper. When the garlic flavor comes out, add bacon and fry them. 7. When the bacons are well cooked, add boiled spaghetti and nanohana in the pan. 8. Add sake, the hot water which was used for boiling spaghetti, and add shirodashi, and soy sauce. 9.
