The Light Table used by Vika is a practical graphic element in Oblivion, guiding Jack Harper through drone repairs. It features four screens: a main map for monitoring the Bubbleship and drones, a drone monitor for vitals and fuel, a hydro rig monitor for ocean resource collection, and a weather screen for tracking the Tet and weather systems. Additional elements include a diagnostic screen and standalone windows analyzing key signal feeds. The Bubbleship UI in Jack's helicopter, designed by Daniel Simon and executed by Pixomondo, is a holographic display within the cockpit that aids in flight and combat. The team researched extensively to modernize the interface while maintaining real-world functionality. The team also created the Machinery HUDs and gauges for various equipment, prioritizing functionality and story communication.
