Having the ability to finish around the basket is critical to not only the success of a team, but the success of individual players. Too often, players either don't work on finishing vs live defense, or they try to have so many moves in their "bag" that they're mediocre at all of them. Payton Pritchard of the Boston Celtics has emerged as one of the best role players in the NBA as of late, and one of the things that makes him so successful is his ability to finish consistently while only being 6'0 tall.
