INGREDIENTS 1 ½ LB (700g) salmon fillet 1 ½ LB (700g) cod fish fillet 1 onion 1 carrot 2-3 celery stalks 4 cloves of garlic 3 potatoes Extra-virgin olive oil Hot water Salt, to taste 6 whole black peppers 1-2 cup heavy cream (or to taste) Fresh green onion and fresh parsley, to garnish Cut the onion into small cubes. Cut the carrot into small pieces. Cut the celery stalks into small pieces. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Cut the potato into small cubes. Cut the salmon into large cubes. Cut the cod fish into large cubes. Chop the green onion. Chop the parsley. In a large pan heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion, carrot, celery and garlic, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes, until light gold. Add the hot water and bring to a boil. Add the salt and whole black peppers. Add the potatoes and bring to a boil. Cover the pan and cook, about 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat. Bring the soup back to a simmer. Add the fish. Add the heavy cream. Cover the pan and cook, about 5 to 6 minutes over medium heat. It's ready! Smells delicious! Serve right away and enjoy! Add the chopped green onion and parsley. Bon Appetit! Thank you for watching!
