The plane itself weighs 12.8 tons, and has a capacity for 1600 gallons or 6,100 litres of water. Because it's amphibious, it lands on the water, and fills its tanks while skimming the surface of the water at speed. It takes just 12 seconds to refill the six thousand liter tank. Because of this process, it's known as the super scooper in the United States.Top speed of this plane is 224mph, and its range is 1500 miles. So far, more than 100 units have been manufactured, and sold in various countries including Canada And Italy.
