This workshop helps counselors explore the internal and external factors that shape their sense of professional worth, navigate compensation conversations with clarity, and reduce burnout. Participants will gain practical, clinically grounded tools for strengthening career direction, improving financial confidence, and building a sustainable, values-aligned professional path. ✨ About Chioma: Chioma Ofodile (MHC-LP) is a dedicated psychotherapist with over six years of experience, committed to helping individuals build lives rooted in alignment, emotional awareness, and self-trust.
