To celebrate the 60th anniversary of Linguistics at the University of Reading, Department of Linguistic Science founder member Professor David Crystal kindly agreed to be interviewed about the setting up of the Department in 1965, and of Speech and Language Therapy degrees in 1975. The live event took place on Wednesday 10 September 2025.
