What are the best Eastern Roman units in Rome: Total War Barbarian Invasion?

In this video I present my opinion of Eastern Roman roster in Rome: Total War Barbarian Invasion in campaign setting. What are the best units and what are trash? The units are not measured only based on their fighting capabilities but also on how easy it is to recruit them, how well you can rely on them, and so on. The unit images are from the original Barbarian Invasion, because, frankly, they look better :) What do you think? Should a unit be higher or lower in the tier list and why.
