This hypnosis session helps you find the cause of your fear of driving or other problems. It works by allowing your subconscious mind to reveal the root cause of your driving anxiety, which then allows you to change how you think about it and detach those feelings from driving. Although I say to watch the video in full first, what I meant was you might need to replay the questions part again to make sure you understand them before doing the hypnosis section. I've put an explanation of the questions below. Learn more and contact me through https://www.1stdrive.com/how-to-overc.... Chapters: 0:00 - Intro 0:59 - How this works 2:33 - The 7 questions 8:16 - Hypnosis precautions 9:08 - Preparation 11:04 - Hypnosis 20:21 - What happened? This is designed to help you find the cause of your anxiety, which doesn't always fix it, but shows you what to work on. Let me know what happens for you in the comments. Summary of the 7 questions: You won't consciously know what the hidden memory is. That's the whole point: you're finding information in your subconscious, so go into this with an open mind. Imprint - Something someone said to you that made a lasting impression: you're useless, you're just like your brother, you're always late, etc. Current issue - Problems in a relationship you're currently in, a bad boss at work, your cat destroying your furniture, etc. This can be a confusing one to understand because people think that all problems, such as a fear of driving, are current when they're not. Driving anxiety and other fears/phobias are NOT current because even though they happen now, they have links to the past and are actually an old emotion replaying when you drive. You can't change a current event by finding something in your past: finding an old memory won't stop your cat from clawing your furniture, but it can stop driving anxiety. Secondary gain - When you gain something by having the problem. For example, someone may smoke because it gives them an excuse to go outside the office for a cigarette break. The smoking serves a purpose by giving them an escape from work. Identification - When you copy someone, such as a parent, celebrity or authority figure, because they have the problem/fear you now have. You've adopted it from them to be like them. Inner conflict - When two or more parts of you are fighting over what they want. For example, one part wants you to drive to get a better job, but another thinks driving is dangerous. Past experience - A previous bad experience that you've somehow linked to driving. It needn't be a crash or anything big: it could be that you arrived late for a wedding due to a broken-down car, and that upset you or someone you cared about. Or, your parents used to smoke in the car when you were young, and you remember nearly choking because they wouldn't open the windows. Self-punishment - When you feel you're not worthy of something like a better job, or you feel you don't deserve success, happiness, etc. #drivinganxiety #hypnosis #rootcausehealing ► See all of my videos on driving anxiety / @1stdrive ► Results and testimonials https://www.1stdrive.com/driving-anxi...
