Welcome to a new video. This is the tidal bore of the River Trent. Best seen in March it can be as high as 13ft. this was filmed near East Stockwith. It really is an incredible sight. I am still learning how to make videos and currently trying different methods. There is a long way to go. but this channel will start with a selection of content from recent years of travelling. I will put together a series of photos and short videos to begin with as a test bed , before I do quality content of my travel adventures, walking routes, railway, planes and ferries. Any scenic places especially in the north of England. I will also be doing a lot of first class train travel and train services that interest us.
